Positive.shop uses Printify print-on-demand fulfillment with Stripe Checkout for payment and shipping details.

Launch countries

Initial checkout coverage is currently for the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Processing and transit

Production time depends on the selected Printify partner, blank stock, and carrier availability. Stripe receipts and support replies reference the order details we receive after checkout.

Carrier handoff

After the order is accepted by the print partner, shipping updates come from the carrier used for that route and destination.

Issue reporting

For delays, customs holds, or lost-tracking requests, use the contact form on the homepage with your order reference and email. We log all support tickets manually and confirm next steps in writing.
