Minimal customer data.

Positive.shop keeps the storefront simple by only collecting information needed to support orders and customer requests. Contact form data is used for manual follow-up and only kept long enough to resolve requests.

Payment data

The site does not store card numbers or security codes. Payments are handled in Stripe-hosted checkout pages so PCI-sensitive data is processed by Stripe directly.

Fulfillment data

When checkout is live, payment confirmation and shipping details may be shared with the active print-on-demand provider so production and shipping can happen. We keep this handling limited to the minimum needed for order completion.

Contact requests

Support messages are manually queued and reviewed by Positive.shop team members. If you request a return review, we only request the order email, item details, and photos needed to confirm the issue.
