Positive.shop is a print-on-demand store, so returns are reviewed manually. We accept support requests for defects, wrong products, or clearly damaged shipments.
What to send
- Your order email.
- A photo of the shirt and packaging if the issue is print damage or shipment damage.
- The order shipping country and delivery timeline notes.
- A short description of what happened and when you noticed it.
